Nothing seems to have learnt from tragic incident involving a BMW yesterday as yet another car rams into police post. But it is the casual approach of the police also to be blamed behind such incidents. Instead of registering a report against the car owner in which the police post was rammed, ASI Varinderjit Singh of the concerned police station said that police had a compromise with the concerned car owner, so no case was registered against them. We will take no action against them, you can do whatever you want, was the reply of the ASI, when a concerned citizen approached him to know about the incident. If this is the approach of the police, how can we ever expect the things to improve. People dont think twice before breaking rules because they know they can bribe the police.
