Nothing to sell, nothing to give, but need to vent folks: Advising anyone with a dog NOT to visit Spoilt Rotten dogs in Leichhardt, had the worse customer service there, after speaking to someone there at 10.10am to apologise for running late for my appointment and asking whether I should cancel or still come in, I was told to come in, plenty of time...... infact the person after you is running late So I rush in, arriving at 10.25 to be told by the man there that he cant see me, I explained that the girl on the phone said to come in - he said, oh thats my daughter she dosent know anything, I said well maybe she shouldnt be answering the phone then?. I got no apology just a shrug of the shoulders and a back turned on me. The last time I visited them they run 3 1/2 hours late and I waited for them!! totally fuming folks, I spend all day every day in customer service helping others, would be nice if it came back to me once in a while. Oh well here is my rant, have a nice day folks!
