Notice: Informationail Meeting SR Homes proposed development at corner of 141 and Old Alpharetta Hwy Tonight at 6:45PM at The Gables at Stoney Point clubhouse (on Stoney Point Rd.) SR Homes will hold a meeting regarding their proposed project at the intersection of Old Alpharetta and 141, just outside Creekstone Estates main entrance and adjoining the Creekstone Cottages. The proposed neighborhood, Summit Point, and SR Homes is requesting to rezone from Commercial Business District (CBD) to Single Family Residential District (RES4) on 13.51 acres for 40 residential lots with a density of 2.96 units per acre. Currently this property is zoned commercial, and SR Homes project will change it to a residential zone. We apologize for the late notice but we just found out about the meeting.
