If you have any problem staying motivated and/or committed then a group workout is the best thing you can do to stay on track --they hold you accountable, they push you past your limits, & you have so much fun that sometimes you forget youre working! Our circuit consisted of 3 sets of the following... 12 x Squats on the BOSU Ball (regular squats are fine too) 20 x Lateral Hops 15 x Deep Squats 15 x Power Lunges 45 sec x Stair Runs LIKE this video if you wanna workout with us!!
