STL390)” PROJECT TO JUST CONSTRUCTION, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $163,000, WAIVING CITY COUNCIL POLICY NO. 574-01, AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF ALL AVAILABLE CONTINGENCY FUNDS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $25,000 (Director of Public Works) Staff recommendation: Council adopt the resolution. 7.
