Notice of Challenge to Libelous Statements & Discovery I, Steven A Fernandez, hereby give notice to all that are party to libelous statements against myself and my band affiliation. I recognize that certain facts may be seen and deemed as personal and individual opinions, but when used as a basis for “truth” then it no longer hold a valid defense as opinion. As to discovery, we challenge those to validate all facts stated herein through written and documented proof, and upon proof of claim: • There is documented proof from the Texas Secretary of State of any document claiming the Lipan Apache Nation exists or is a recognized Non profit corporation under IRS 501 (3) c guidelines. • There is documented proof in the membership of either the Lipan Apache Band of Texas, Inc. or the Lipan Apache Tribe of Texas, Inc. where any membership application was submitted, reviewed, or denied by either group for myself and family members. • There is documented proof that I in any capacity whether elected, appointed, or self determined that I am a chairman, president, or corporate label designated officer of any known Apache tribal organization. • There is documented proof either by electronic media, blog or social media posts, or other communication means showing any attack against the Lipan Apache Band of Texas by me or my band. You are now hereby served notice. No other communications concerning this matter will be further needed.
