Notice our people are not the best with money, especially when we get it. For example, when we buy an automobile, we tend to buy the most expensive car we can allegedly afford, and start splurging like no other. Instead of buying a used reliable car (i.e. Accord, Camry) we have to get the latest Infiniti or Lexus -- and then over accessorize with rims and spoilers. Now, we have a $60,000 car note making only $50k a year. Now, nothing wrong with getting a luxury car, especially if you have the disposable income to pay for it, completely, in CASH. However, we tend be more consumers (and conspicuous ones at that) rather investors and producers. Just a food for thought.
