Notice to Competitors of Classes Laser, Laser Radial, 29er and C420 North Americans Issued at 18 July 2013 8:15pm The following registrants have not completed their check-in and or registration requirements as required by the Notice of Race and must do so before heading out on the water on 19 July 2013. Failure to comply with this notice will result in a ”Did Not Compete” ruling in all races until registration is completed. In addition, registration staff will be verifying the ILCA membership status of Laser and Laser Radial sailors during the day on 19 July 2013 which could not be verified at check-in.
