Notice to Immigrant Visa Applicants: Medical Examination Process Update Beginning January 5, 2015, St. Luke’s Medical Center Extension Clinic (SLMCEC) will release the medical exam results directly to the applicants unless instructed otherwise by the Panel Physician. Immigrant Visa applicants are required to bring the sealed medical exam report to their scheduled interview at the U.S. Embassy Manila. Tampered pouches will not be accepted in the interview and applicants will be instructed to return the pouch to SLMCEC for reseal. They are also required to present individual DS-260 confirmation page during the visa interview. Applicants without the necessary documentation will encounter significant delays in the visa application process.
