Nov, 19th. Today I am thankful for these memories of past experiences that have been coming back to me. A huge part of growth is happening for me right now, thanks to my daughter Annika, who is showing myself to me in so many ways. Her personality, and emotions are so familiar and bring me back to my childhood. She acts very much like I did, and her emotions about things are so much like what I felt at 6. Many things about who I really am are resurfacing, that I had decided when I was about 10 that I would tuck away and never acknowledge them as ever existing. Beautiful parts of me that for some reason I decided were ugly, and unacceptable. Well these past few months have brought me back to this little girl, to let her know how absalutly beautiful and perfect she is. I am letting her know that she is indeed the center of the universe and completely lovable in every way. That the idea I had of being ugly and unacceptable was not true. I am so glad I am getting this opportunity to heal these places in the past. I thank my Daughter for taking me on this adventure!! Just by being her own original authentic self. Perfect and precious in every way
