Nov 21 - NUESTRA SEÑORA VIRGEN DE REGLA I never planned to have a fair complexioned image of the Virgen de Regla since I know that her original image, both in Chipiona, Spain and in Opon, Cebu, are both dark skinned but when this white image of VdR was offered to me, I jusy fell for it. We call her LA REGLA BLANCA. Blessed at the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Rule, Opon, Lapulapu City, Cebu. MABUHI ANG BIRHEN SA REGLA!!!
