November 08,2013 Meeting of English and Filipino Officers Malhacan Elementary School Division Memorandum No.22 s.2013 2013 Regional Schools Press Conference Agenda: 1 .Opening Program shall be held at Concert Plaza, Fontana, Clark. 2. Check-in time in the Villas is 2pm. Pieces of Baggage shall be unloaded only during the check -in time. 3. Parents are not allowed to stay in the villas. They are advise to stay in any hotel at their own cost. 4. One villa can accommodate 15 participants. 5. Participants are requested to bring their own bed linens and toiletries, small sizes of towels and other needs are advised. 6. Breakfast shall be served/delivered at the villas. Assign one leader by villas. Anyone can bring his/her own coffee in sachet, as hot water is readily available. 7. November 05, 2013 is the Registration Day,at the DepED RO III. Submit List in hard copy and soft copy preferably CD. Educational Supervisor in- charge of the registration shall pay it according to the list. If payment is made in cheque (preferably Land Bank of the Philippines cheque) it should be pay to order: DepED RO III. 8. I n the registration, official receipts are to be issued either by school or by individual as requested. A kit with a T-shirt inside shall be given. Shall also be given cash and T-shirt as incentives during Regional Intensive Training (RIT). 9. Different students in one school of the same category per medium is acceptable. 10. No school paper/no contest policy is enforced. Prepare/ show a copy of the campus paper even a xeroxed one. 11. The contestant/campus journalist shall wear the school uniform and school I.D. 12. Deadline of submission of the group contest (School Paper) is November 20, 2013. There shall be no extension. 13. School Paper size for elementary is 9x12 and for secondary is 12x18 with minimum 12 pages and maximum of 20 pages. Only the front and back pages are colored. 14. Tour is encouraged. Package prices: Water Park Is Free (original pric,P400.00) Dinosaur Park P170.00 (original price P350.00) and Clark Museum, 140.00. School Division is requested to prepare the list of participants who shall join the tour. 15. Total participants per division is 264. 16.
