November 11, 2014 SUBJECT: The Good Shepherd SCRIPTURES: John 14:26; Ephesians 4:30; John 10:11; Matthew 6:25-26; Philippians 4:19 Greetings Family! Let me Buzz you for a minute. Do you really know whats best for you? Think about it...can you truly say you know whats best for you? Well, I can honestly say I have made many choices/decisions in life based on pure emotions. Boy, were they costly too. But, the reality & beauty of these costly choices/decisions, I was able to see how much I truly needed help. Family, God has given us everything we need in life to overcome lifes challenges. We have a Good Shepherd who created each of us with a purpose & plan for advancing the Kingdom of God. Hallelujah! He loves us unconditionally & knows just whats best for us. So, heres what we must do: submit to His will. God has left us with His comforter, the Holy Spirit, that will lead & guide us into all truth & understanding (John 14:26). Therefore, we must stop grieving the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 4:30) by ignoring & living without the Him. Family, John 10:11 reads - “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. This is how much God loves us!!! He has laid down His life just that we may have life (Life for Life)! Because of this, we have assurance that God will take care of us & give us just what we need! So, Family, be still & know that The Good Shepherd shall supply all of our needs according to His riches in glory! Therefore, I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body more than raiment (Matthew 6:25)? So, You can rest assure The Good Shepherd holds us in His bosom & will safely lead us to the path of righteousness!
