November 18, 2013 - 8:09 p.m. EST: I just finished signing a stack of fundraising letters for the nonprofit board I chair and my 15-year-old daughter smiled at me and told me that Im actually pretty cool. Im officially documenting the date & time she uttered these words so I can refer to them when amnesia sets in - right around chore time, in age-appropriate rule setting situations or during other just say no parenting moments. Lol
