November 18, 2014: Kingsland, Texas: Llano County Deputies executed a drug search warrant about 1:00 PM at a residence located at 308 Highland Loop in Kingsland, Texas. The individual Walter Kirkland named in the warrant was not on the premises at the time and no one was taken into custody at the time. Deputies seized about 1.3 grams of meth, along with scales and other items considered as drug paraphernalia from inside the residence. Also seized outside the residence was a counter surveillance system consisting of multiple cameras which were wired into a monitoring device located inside the residence. This is the second time this year a drug warrant has been executed at this residence by LCSO located near the intersection of 2900 and 1431. Note: The clicking that is heard in video is the sound of the shutter being clicked when taking photos with a still camera located near the video feed.
