November 20: today I am thankful that it is payday! I am thankful to have had the opportunity to watch the voting delegate process for ACTE, to have had the chance to go to some very good sessions ( Ive learned a lot!). Im also thankful for the wonderful dining experience at Flyte tonight - a restaurant where the chef has as a farm to table philosophy. We were able to get signed menus and pictures to take back to our chefs and culinary students. I am very thankful to have shared the evening with Carla Ruge and Lynne Smith Cagle Cox - the food and conversation made for a wonderful ending to a very good day. Life is truly beauty full.
