November 2013 NIESV Professional Examinations holds only in Kaduna,Lagos and Enugu centers from 19th November, 2013 (Guidelines and instructions). This is to inform all eligible Candidates that the November 2013 NIESV Professional Examinations is scheduled to hold from Tuesday 19th to Saturday 23rd November, 2013 in Kaduna, Lagos and Enugu centers. Registration shall be done on-line through NIESV website: niesv.org.ng and the registration closes 30th October, 2013. Candidates should log on to the NIESV website for the registration procedure and only those who have been registered with the Institution as Graduate, Probationer, and Student Members are eligible to sit for these examinations. 1. If you are a registered member of the institution and wish to take the next NIESV Professional Examination holding November 2013,but do not have a MEMBER LOGIN username and password yet, to assess the exam registration portal on the NIESV website, please send “Request for Username and Password” as subject of mail, including your membership number, Full name(as used in registering in the Institution) and valid phone number to the email : [email protected]. You will be promptly replied with the details.DO NOT SEND MORE THAN ONE EMAIL 2. After receiving the login details via email, proceed to niesv.org.ng and click on the MEMBERS LOGIN icon on the right hand corner of the homepage. Follow the instruction on the website to complete the examination process. 3. Type the username and password sent to you and login , and click on View/Edit Profile to update current record if necessary and upload a VALID passport photograph of not more than 100kilobyte (to resize passport photograph, open passport photograph with Microsoft Photo Picture Manger, choose Compress picture from the Picture Menu, on the right side bar of the compress picture select the WEB PAGE radio box, click Ok and Save), then proceed to the Portal to upload your passport photograph also update your email address, phone number(s), etc. 4. Click on Register under Examination, the examination form opens 5. Proceed to select Examination Name you wish to register for, select Examination Year, Examination Month and Examination Type 6. Select Examination Center, enter your Phone number and email address and click the submit button. 7. If the selected Mode of Payment is Online – i.e. the candidate wishes to pay online – then 8. Click the Make Payment button 9. The candidate then enters the Interswitch Payment Gateway to make his/her payment using either a Verve or MasterCard. 10. If payment is successful, candidate is registered for the examination and his Examination Number is displayed. The candidate may then click the Print Exam Card button to print his/her Examination Card. 11. Payment: If the selected Mode of Payment is through direct bank deposit at any Fidelity Bank nationwideAccount name: NIESVExam with Account No.4520002851. 12. Select the Bank into which payment was made in the register screen 13. Enter the Teller No 14. Select the Teller Date 15. Click the Submit button 16. Return by clicking the Register button 17. The Candidate is registered for the examination and his Examination Number is displayed. 18. The candidate may then click the Print Exam Card button to print his Examination Card 19. The candidate may then click the Print Exam Card button to print his Examination Card 20. Click the Print Exam Card button to print his Examination Card 21. Repeat Steps 4-20 if you are registering for another examination. 22. All payments directly into the bank must carry the candidate name starting with the surname.
