November 27 & 28, 2013 The music society La Armonica of Buñõl (Valencia) Spain will present Gregory Fritze in a Composition Workshop. Composers may submit original compositions for Saxophone Quartet, Tuba Quartet, Brass Quintet and/or Woodwind Quintet. A selection of twelve compositions (three from each category) will be selected to be performed in a public concert on November 28. One winning composition will be selected and be presented the first prize PREMIO MANUEL CARRASCOSA. Musicians may attend the workshop without submitting compositions. Gregory Fritze Professor of Composition at Berklee College of Music will teach composition sessions and master classes during the day.
