November 3rd and 4th Israel Getaway Camp @ Makom Community! Your Prek-3rd Grader is invited to join Makom Community for a super fun Israel getaway camp! Makom Community, a Jewish enrichment program in center city, is offering half-day and full-day camps when Philadelphia schools are closed. On November 3rd and 4th when the schools are closed for Election Day, we will have a very special program where we get to explore the tastes, sights, and culture of Israel for two days! A guest from Israel, Neta Burstein, will join us. We will also have a special visit from Rabbi Mordechai Rosenstein, an artist-in-residence who will lead our campers in art based on the Hebrew alphabet and their names. Where better to escape than Israel, just as it is getting cold out?! Full-day camps are just $40.
