Now, APC must be careful with this zoning mentality before they makes a huge mistake which would not only cost them this wonderful chance but also the entire Nigerian, as some of us still believe in Gen. Buhari. It should be about what will make more Nigerians vote for APC now, not what a (my) zone can gain. If Fashola cannot be chosen because of the Muslim - Muslim ticket (which is the best combination to me but hard to sell to Nigerians due to the misconceptions), I will go for Rotimi Amechi. I dont totally agree with Fayemi. Ex - Gov. Fayemi is not that selling (no thanks to the election he lost as incumbent), though he might have worked for APC alot. Even Rochas Okorocha is more selling, to me, after Fashola. APC has presented a presidential candidate that is very appealing to many Nigerians and a VP with such reputation, not only within the party but to many Nigerians, must be chosen. APC is just given us what Nigeria can be like when elected. Until Nigerians see a proof via performance, then APC can they introduce other things which could be offshoot of the zoning palava. Another thing that could be done is to do Buhari/Amechi and compensate others with relevant posts in the cabinet (if they are capable) and do Buhari/Fashola next after people have been convinced and give Amechi another relevant post, if he is capable. Now MUST BE about what will make APC win the heart of Nigerians, not some compensation wahala. I wish APC the best and hope and pray that they win the next Presidential election in February.
