Now Hiring - Store Manager The Office Manager responsibilities include receiving and accurately processing of customer orders via on-line, email, phone, mail or in person, performing a variety of clerical duties, including providing price quotations, checking inventory for product availability, providing delivery dates to customers and verifying prices. Using the Quick Books system the Office Manager is responsible for maintaining all system requirements and data entry needed to accurately process customer ordering / invoicing of clients including pricing, discounts, tax credits, collections and receiving payment information. The Office Manager prepares and maintains sales order master file, customer lists, and purchase orders with receipts and makes routine decisions according to company policies and guidelines. She/he is to support the president in a positive / effective manner in running the operation. The Office Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing all administrative support and office services for the company. This includes coordinating and communicating office activities, shipping and receiving, contract management, supplies and stationery, health regulations, and general troubleshooting. The Office Manager will also be responsible for the safety requirements of the organizations facilities & assets, and providing management of employees through the effective creation and implementation of policies and training programs. Integrity and strong attention to detail are crucial for this role. • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience. • University degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred. • Minimum of 5 years experience. • Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience. • Advanced proficiency with Quick Books. • Strong knowledge of Giddy Yoyo offerings and the story behind the company a • Strong knowledge of managing / processing customer orders and invoicing accounting procedures. • Computer literacy, including advanced working skills in Quick Books, Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and e-mail.
