Now Hiring General Labor/ Landscaping General Summary: Provide physical labor required to construct, maintain, and complete grounds assigned. Safely operate all equipment, and ensure customer satisfaction by performing all duties in the most efficient and professional manner. The pay is $8.00-$10.00/hour, full-time with mandatory overtime and benefits. Responsibilities: • Understand and follow instructions according to assigned job and crew • Operating all company equipment including but not limited to push and ride mowers, weed eaters, edger’s, blowers, hedge trimmers, and various hand tools according to job assigned • Some heavy lifting may be required for equipment • Must perform minor to major maintenance procedures relation to all landscaping duties while displaying professionalism and ensuring customer satisfaction • Responsible for securing equipment and tools while on job sites, as well as company grounds • Provide minor maintenance as needed to all company tools and equipment • Communicate any accidents or defective equipment to leader as well as fellow employees • Follow all company policies and procedures (There will be mandatory training sessions pertaining to safety procedures and company policies) • Operating company vehicles in a safe manor in accordance with company policy as well as traffic laws • Perform snow removal duties on a seasonal basis required by customer property Qualifications: • Must have a valid driver’s license • High School Diploma or equivalent • Prior experience TO APPLY: Please attend our next recruitment event on: Tuesday, July 30, 2013 Check-in time: 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (No admittance after 9:00 a.m.) Location: 5555 Conner Ave., Detroit, MI 48213 You must wear professional attire (no jeans/gym shoes).
