Now Hiring – Test Coordinator – Wauwatosa, WI – PMC13697 Responsibilities: Coordinates powertrain performance testing logistics; Issue tracking, work order management, test scheduling. Requisition/ordering process and order tracking. Parts procurement. Manage fleet of vehicles; Rework coordination, maintain calendar of usage, retrofit coordination and tracking. Data tracking; Generate performance reports, generate powertrain configuration reports, issue status reports. Collaborates with engineers, technical specialists, and mechanics in order to deliver meaningful test results in a timely manner. Qualification: • Proficient at using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project to generate small reports, graphs, tables, and spreadsheets. • Minimum 2 years’ coordinator/facilitator experience in a similar prototype environment. • General knowledge of powertrains and components function. • Experience supporting or conducting powertrain and or vehicle development testing. • Experience organizing components for prototype vehicles and/or parts. • Must be able to coordinate and organize information transferred between engineering groups. • Must have good attention to detail. • Willingly works with others up, down, and across the organization to get results • Helps others understand the importance of their work in order to gain support and buy-in • Reaches out to all relevant stakeholders before making a decision • Communicates openly • Good internal consulting skills • Actively listens and seeks others opinions • Focuses on facts and process, not the person • Shares information honestly and transparently • This position requires an Associate’s degree in Business, Design or related technical field.
