Now, I find it necessary to add to this gaffe by General Mosquito; I genuinely think the government lacks knowledge on this side of things, which isnt supposed to be unusual. What you dont know, isnt a problem. We cant pretend to know everything. But those of us that have received the appropriate training in such matters understand the importance of appearance and presentation, body language et all. I believe the government really needs consultants to advise & prepare them on foreign trips. I nominate myself and Ill do it for free. By the way, our foreign embassies should be tasked with preparing visiting Ghanaian delegates on such matters. Mr Nketiahs explanation just makes him look even more stupid. Please stop the excuses, its making matters worse. Just to make it clearer to Mr Nketiah: if he was representing Ghana for a Drag Queen competition, then his coat wouldve been a perfect fit. He mentions in his defence that what he took with him was his brains. Well, his actions tells me something different; an arrogant and deluded attitude. Snap!
