Now I know Im gonna get a lot of hate for what Im about to write, and that therell be a lot of people who wont agree with me, but Ill take that chance. Since its our national day, here are a few things Id like us to think about. Were living in a country where -The home minister accused the president of murder and being a mobster, and to this day we havent gotten justice for Dr.Afrasheem. -The tourism minister was accused, and seen with internationally renowned crooks. -The judiciary has become a complete joke. -The parliament is as useless as a carpet fitters ladder. -The opposition party is more worried about their internal affairs rather than making the government responsible. -Those held accountable are casting a blind eye towards the unexplained disappearance of a citizen. -No officials are even the slightest bit concerned about the increasing gang violence. -The people depend more on expats than themselves. -There is almost zero involvement of youth in policy making level. -The people have to leave their families and homes to get proper access for their basic rights. -The education system is a bust. -There is no guarantee in the health sector. -The banking systems a mess. -There is no genuine telecommunication service provider. All this, and a lot more. Let us all stop pretending to be fools, and do our part as a responsible citizen to make our country a better place. Peace out.
