Now Wilson (metaphor for a mythical audience) I would like to tell you what I am up to. I am currently fighting for my basic Human, Civil and Legal Rights in a despotic right wing country that doesn’t care. Yes Wilson, I’m in more shit than a Werribee duck. I would like to point out Wilson that this effects everyone but who cares about their freedom? Only me it appears. Here is my basic legal argument A Most Basic Point Of Law A simple analysis on the situation. Put quite accurately and basically. I am the victim. The Justice System (The Law) is made up of 2 basic components. Culprits and Victims. Without a victim what wrong has been done? If you have not hurt anyone, including society. If you have caused no harm, done no wrong. You cannot be culpable. The Law is based on the 10 commandments. The basis of which, is the belief in what is Right. It is to protect lives, property and values. Values recognised and enforced by Rights and Acts. It is there to recognise the victim. For the Law cannot stop people. It can only deter, compensate and clarify dispute. Crime is an omnipresent factor. And let ye without sin cast the first stone. The Law is there to protect the Rights of the individual. And the society those individuals create. How those individuals interact with the society is variable. Variables can be extreme. It is the variables within the system, which are prone to failure. The application of principal into practice. While the systems of society may be prone to failure. The base nature of the Law is not. That to protect lives, property and values. For the State to endorse the actions of the accused. Through simply allowing the destruction of the culprit’s victim. By negating both legal documented facts. And the presiding Acts which protect both individual and society. Then the whole “legal system” has failed totally. The system is not in line with the Law. One must ask. If it is not legal? Then what is it? I am by the self-standing evidence submitted to the courts. The victim and they are the culprits. End of story.
