Now and again in life we have an opportunity to help our fellow man. Many of us do this because it is our nature. Some because we feel some connection to a person or family. We do it because it just feels right. With the recent fire and destruction of our home, our family has been blessed to be on the receiving end of so much generocity this past weekend, that we cannot really comprehend the magnitude. First, we had over a hundred fire fighters risk life and limb attempting to save the house (The Conlon House, The Buchanan House as it has been known) which we made our home. They came from far and wide with one purpose, to save life and property. Next, so many gifts have been delivered that we havent yet been able to see them all. How humbling it is to feel so much love from so many people. I do not believe there are sufficient words to express our gratitude to everyone who has sent prayers, kind words, encouragement, gifts and physical help our way.
