Now before anyone says thats a dark and grotty photo...........your right! On a vile, wet and and windy day in England, two photographers from BOAC Ltd braved the temperatures, the howling gales, the lashing rain..........all to bring you images that are.........not great. However they portray the UK in the winter months to very good effect. As a photographer sometimes you have to be prepared to go out in all winds and weathers, often the results arent great, but the constant blue sky and sun shots dont give an accurate portrayal of your surroundings, country or this passion as an Aviation Photographer. Avianca (Star Alliance Liveried) N342AV (Airbus A330-2) is caught on camera about to touchdown runway 09L at LHR/EGLL in front of Heathrow Terminal 5, arriving early afternoon from Bogota in early January 2015.
