Now, cartoons or ABC videos play 24hours a day in my home. I have a lot of cartoons for my son to be entertained with. One is a 4 hour compilation of Donald duck cartoons. Of these cartons is one in particular I am sharing titled Spirit of 43. Now these are not much more than propaganda messages but as I watched it it made me think of something interesting. You see, during world war 2 people were encouraged to save their money, to pay their taxes, and buy bonds. In the cartoon, to not do so was allowing the nazis to gain a victory... Now when you fast forward to 2001 after the fall of the world trade center towers, the message changed??? Dont stop shopping encouraged the president... Truth be told neither of the messages either from 1943 or 2001 were right, but the very concept that our whole world has become inverted, even perverted, should not be so easily overlooked as it is. But the truth is that most of these obvious things go almost completely unnoticed. So much distraction, and so much enchantment... Return to God. Return to the Word. - Paul.
