Now, do we have to let these horrible kids get away with this? Do we need more violent human beings among us? Many serial killers begin torturing animal. These kids need to be punished for this horrible act. One more thing: If I were that woman who saw this happening I would have taken the kitty away from them and then call the police. I am not sure she did this, but if she did not, maybe the cat would have had a chance to survive. Shame on those kids and more shame on the parents who do not know how to educate their kids.
