Now for our happiest of happy Christmas miracles! As you know, last month we placed our beloved Sunny in a new home. We are still so excited about that. Well, this month, we placed our adorable little pair, Vogue and GQ, the Chihuahua and Westie/Yorkie who came in to the shelter so scared, and with Vogue pregnant and unable to carry the weight of her pregnancy with her luxating patellas (bad knees). We ended up rescuing both of them after we heard GQ wouldn’t stop wailing without his girlfriend, Vogue. They ended up having three puppies, and we spayed and neutered both of them, and then Vogue had surgery twice to fix her knees. I couldn’t bear the thought of separating these two, but I also knew placing them as a pair would be a challenge. GUESS WHAT! We found a home for Vogue and GQ as a pair! They are soooo happy. They have a beautiful, huge yard to run around in, and a super nice, retired couple who are home with them most of the time. Their dream home…. Pic attached. This week, after no interest in a year, we finally received a really good inquiry for Moses, the tiny puppy who was born with a bald head, completely naked underside, and lots of skin issues. Moses is now one year old, still bald, and a very sweet, sensitive little boy. They met and fell madly in love with him and finally, Moses has a new home! Moses gets to go hiking, and go to work with his new mom every day. YAY!!! Pic with his new mom attached. Those are our fantastic Christmas miracles, and we are happy beyond belief to share them with you! HAPPY HOLIDAY’S EVERYONE!!
