I was downtown earlier today and took some pictures of the NEW LOO; I think for the cost of $1000,000.00 we were shafted. From the pictures you will certainly wonder why the cost. This does not even appear to be self cleaning and in the one pic if you actually climb onto the planter you can peer inside. Other than it being a shinny new outdoor toilet there really is nothing special. That said the outside hand-washing station is pretty cool.
