KNOW THE LAW BEFORE YOU TRY TO QUOTE THE LAW. 3. Use examples such as case trials (example: Roe -vs-Texas) 4. If the officer refuses to answer your questions and you still know that your rights are being violated, ask for a supervisor. 5. RECORD VIDEO IF POSSIBLE. 5. ALWAYS ASK, Am I being detained?. 6. Assert your knowledge in a respectful manner and do not act as if you are trying to be sarcastic with the officer. 7. Ask why you are being approached and questioned by the officer. 8. ALWAYS ask the officer for his name and badge number. 9. ALWAYS ASK, Have I committed a crime or do you suspect me of committing a crime?. 10. If the officers states that you are not being detained then politely ask if you may now leave. DO NOT RUN YOUR MOUTH OFF AT THE OFFICER IF YOU ARE NOT AWARE OF THE LAW. THIS WILL MAKE YOU LOOK VERY STUPID AAAND YOU MAY PISS OFF THE OFFICER AND HE MAY FIND A REASON TO INCARCERATE YOU. *****KNOW THE LAW******
