Now is after 10:0clock, and the INEC officials are not yet here in Port Harcourt Ward One(1), and by reports reaching me, anywhere in the LGA or State for the Permanent Voters Card (PVC) issuance process to begin? (Hmm! Na-waoh! Na so this election go take be free and fair?) But please inspite of this backdrop, let every eligable voter within and outside the state continue to maintain the endurance level and wait, hoping that the process commences soon so we can go for the verification. And also those who have never registered before, should endeavour to wait to do so on Wednesday next week, hopefuly if theres no extention of this. That is my solemn plea. Thank you.
