Now is the time for us to make our Sears Town the new gateway into our beautiful downtown. I share this project time and time again because i believe we can preserve our past and introduce a new sustainable urban center that does not revolve around the car .Parking lots would be transformed into green open spaces for the public to enjoy. Our Urban Village would be connected to the surrounding communities via bike paths and green ways .This Urban Village would provide affordable working spaces for our growing art community. A place where we can gather as a community and celebrate who we are and how far we have come.
