Now is the time to lift up our eyes from Our enclosed little worlds of home, work, vacations, liberties, safety, all of the take for granted entitlements of living in our Free country. Now is the time to lift up our eyes from Material wants and desires, entertainment, envy of what others have, the always discontented need for more. Now is the time to lift up our eyes and see See the world and all its struggles that we Americans do not have to endure day in and day out. Lift up our eyes to real Truth. We were not created to live in darkness. We were not created to live for worldly and material desires. We were created for so much more. Yes it may be easier to stay safely blinded from Truths that will cause us to re-evaluate our hearts and minds. But time goes by in the blink of an eye. Dont wait until it is too late and find that your settling for living a life blinded to real Truths has robbed you of the Glory you were created for... Romans 12:2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
