Now is your chance to be heard: P8-A Poseidon Supplemental EIS Public Meeting NAVAL AIR STATION WHIDBEY ISLAND, Wash. - - This is reminder that the public meeting for the P8-A Poseidon Supplemental Environmental Impact Study at NAS Whidbey Island will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013 from 5 to 8 p.m. at North Whidbey Middle School, 67 NE Izett Street, Oak Harbor, Wash. Public input is very important to the process, helping the Navy arrive at the most informed decision about the proposal. For those who cannot attend an open house, all informational materials are available on the project website: mmaseis. Comments may also be submitted at one of the two public meetings or by mail to: P-8A EIS Project Manager; Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic; Attn: Code EV21/CZ; 6506 Hampton Blvd; Norfolk, VA 23508. All comments will be treated equally and will be used in the preparation of the Final SEIS.
