Now is your chance to lend your skills to one of the world’s premier sporting events. The Toronto 2015 Pan Am and Parapan Am games are seeking medical volunteers, and registration is now open. Games officials are looking for nurses and other health-care professionals for medical coverage across all sporting venues and villages to help make the games as safe as possible. The Pan Am Games will be held throughout the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area from July 10-26, 2015, while the Parapan Am Games will run from Aug. 7 – 15, 2015. Visit the PAN AM volunteer website and use the code MED to apply. Interested applicants must commit to a minimum of eight shifts for the Pan Am Games or six shifts for the Parapan Am Games. Registration will remain open until Aug. 15, 2014.
