Now it is land survey in Telangana... After the successful completion of Household Survey, Govt. of Telangana is getting ready to conduct land survey in Telangana area. It is learnt from reliable sources that Govt. will conduct land survey of all the private, Govt., Endowment and Wakf Properties in order to dislodge illegal occupants and also to update revenue records. Govt. is making an attempt to synchronize revenue records as per the survey conducted by Nizam’s Govt. in 1938. Govt. of Telangana received report from the Collectors that in the entire State there are 12700 acres of Govt. land worth Rs. 60, 500 which are under illegal occupants. In Hyderabad alone, the illegal occupants have 411 acres under their possession which is worth Rs. 35,000 crore.
