Now let me ask you as the people a question? Now if I told you I was in prison for a long time and that I was a bad person in the past all the way through and that Ive experienced a million changes, would you be able to find it in your heart to understand that circumstances, force changes in the mental function. I can be poor and unhappy and in a rut but Im told to smile, but then the ugly reality hits that we live in a world thats emotionally uneducated. If were not going to let the programs become reality as imposed in the due process clause then we may as well stop all laws which are found to penalize us with large terms, because it is you who maximized the affects by your careless playing with legal concepts which carry a psychological period in its measurement. They dont execute legal fashion so as its safe to say we share the guilt of consequences that form from effortlessness. How can you expect a different result, when you deny prevention programs that is the direct struggle that everybody benefits you destroy joy forever.
