Now lime have got Flow you couldnt wait to start increasing peoples costs. I Just had a letter from Lime headed Dear Valued Customer —hmm if I really am a valued customer why dont you give me better service— it then goes on to say you wish to encourage me (think that should say blackmail me) to chose eBilling because it is more cost effective and environmentally friendly (cost effective to who?) it then goes on to say access to eBilling is easy just go to lime and click on eBilling (just tried that; doesnt work). If you really meant to encourage your customers you would offer to reduce their bills by $4.68 not increase them if they dont do as you want, once again it will be those that can least afford it that will be penalised yet again, there are many elderly and poor people on the Island who do not have a computer so although they can ill afford it will have to stay with paper bills, as their phone is probably their only lifeline. Also I would be interested to know where will all the money go that you will save from not using paper and staff, I certainly doubt that the customer will benefit. Unfortunately this is what happens when a company is allowed to have a monopoly. Please Lime do not remove this reply to this and give me an honest answer to the points Ive made -@Baz Moz This was a public reply posted on LIMEs FB page. I thought it need a wider audience so here it is. LIME is essentially telling poor people, people who may not have access to a computer that they can kiss their corporate backside. I dont think there is a company I hate more than SLIME. Because LIME Barbados what you are doing is in the Bajan vernacular often referred to as Bare shite And Digicel Barbados customer service is MUCH better even if they cant always do what Id like they at least talk to me as if they value me. #LIME #WorstCompany #LIMEGivesNotTwoWukupsAboutAnybody
