Now on to Season 3 of Buffy, which is almost as good as Season 2. Heres a list of my favorite Buffy characters. Cordelia Chase had the best character arc and growth of anyone. Would rank her even higher if I mixed in the seasons on Angel. 1. Spike (James Marsters) 2. Willow Rosenberg (Alyson Hannigan) 3. Buffy Summers (Sarah Michelle Gellar) 4. Anya Jenkins (Emma Caulfield) 5. Rupert Giles (Anthony Stewart Head) 6. Cordelia Chase (Charisma Carpenter) 7. Xander Harris (Nicholas Brendon) 8. Angel/Angelus (David Boreanaz) 9. Drusilla (Juliet Landau) 10. Glory (Clare Kramer) 11. Mayor Wilkins (Harry Groener) 12. Faith Lehane (Eliza Dushku) Special note: Wesley Wyndham-Pryce (Alexis Denisof) first appeared on Buffy, but the character made his mark on Angel. In the Buffy/Angel canon, Wesley is the only character, IMO, that can challenge Spike for the crown.
