Now remember I have been predicting this since June! This is not over yet we have a very long way to go! Spring Summer and Autumn are going to bring some really bad conditions for us in NSW! Be safe be aware and on guard! Check your gutters get up early and water and soak ever thing on hot days until it is soaking wet! Then clean gutters of leaves and I hope I mentioned before to get a tennis ball or even polystyrene to block your gutter and fill the gutters with water! Have a plan to evacuate ! Now I know this because I was a Rural Fire Fighter and I have been trained even though it was in 1990s but the drill never changes! Also have a first aid kit as part of you evacuation plan! As a current First Aid Officer I ask that you have this on hand as you dont know if you might need to administer assistance in an emergency!
