Now, since the Local Police, seem to think, that swigging Rocks in the Street with Golf Ball Size Rocks, is normal, and they seem to think that there is mothering wrong with that, by a kid with a Known mental Health disorder, from the lack of the Proper medications, but that the word and turn it into action in a TOTALLY different way, with History 5 years later, we have an idea, with the Diamond Star Project. Have them come up with a sports Weapon with a laser that would hit that target in the Distance, (of course it would be just like a real gun, you couldnt stand in front of it, and ALL precautionary measures would apply with training,, and so forth, AND we hopefully at the Airport, and since Golf is big WORLDWIDE, and an Olympic Venue (we just have to focus on Water in the proposed airport location) in Rail Circle, Around all the Buildings on the Outside but within the Rail Circle Gating, putting in A WORLD class Golf Course, with of Course the Tiger Woods and Friends around the world with sponsors, a Training Program and Scholarships for those Future Golf Stars doing their once a year signature matches and that Stargate Cup , and events. Please keep in mind, at the Rail Circle and outer areas, we are focused on WORLD SPORTS but we wont discriminate if the American Sports wants to add into it,, But once again, its the Water, and well it is a disability Specific Project.. so then we also, would hope to get a Small golf and Sports complex featuring the America Sports like Basketball, and Baseball, and just a few other things that could be there, for them, and our local Kids, with disabilities in housing, or perhaps not in housing, but with disabilities,, a nice high tech and training place, and a small perhaps 9 hole Course at the HUD Operative in Reno, that would be for the Disabled, that they would volunteer with Correct USE of Golf Clubs ON GOLF COURSES, NOT IN THE STREET WITH ROCKS would be in their Favor, and support that Sports in a Proper way. and perhaps support a scholarships Program with all the Law enforcement to perhaps have a disability Law enforcement Training and force on the streets later on. Thats our Goal, to curb the Violence in a small way, esp with the nationwide HUD Operative, and we will make sure that those bullies are put to GOOD use instead of their Continued assuming and so forth, and without any other motive hopefully supporting the kids in housing Project of Vocational awareness for their Future, not anything else that they might assume to be of a Criminal Nature or objective which is JUST totally off the wall. ok, we said our peace, and now we can move on the project. Oh, our Proposed with Disney Star Center, is like the Epcot in Florida, but instead of what they have there, it could look like staring with the Big Bang of when our Universe Started, and then brining it Right up to today, and what the Future might hold, a housing Project, of what man went thru, from those cave Days, to the Future PerhapsSpace Time Shares, and a telescope (hopefully connected with the Space Station for those Starbright Kids ) for those Stargate Members of the Star Gazing Society perhaps,, it would be a beautiful enhancement for the airport, and a Wonderful brand Name and like only Disney can do in the Most professional Way they do things, , in the Space Age look and the Future of Planet Earth and so on .
