Now that I have the girls pretty much situated for church camp, Sam headed back to Ohio where Mommy can make sure hes safe and set on the right track, I have an awesome story to tell. This morning, I was sitting in the smoke shack at work, which is a metal car port thats open on both ends. While I was sitting there a little chipmunk ran in, looked at me, then ran under my chair and just sat there. At first it startled me, then I was in awe at his cuteness, then I was wondering why he wasnt afraid of me. About that time, I heard a hawk. I looked up on a cable outside the shack and there sat a red tail hawk. I walked out, banged loudly on the fence and yelled. The hawk flew away. I walked back into the smoke shack to sit down and Alvin ran out and into the shrubbery outside. I never seen the hawk return while I was out there, so hopefully he moved on.
