Now that a fair portion of us have tasted the rush of the CrossFit Open some of you are no doubt considering a way to improve your performance for next year. I can safely say that Erics Sport programming should be your first step in getting there. Ive been doing this programming for the last two years and can state with absolute certainty that Ive never been stronger. Its a bit of a deviation from traditional CrossFit but if competition is in your blood weve got the medicine for you. Sport 5/12 A. Snatch Grip Deadlift, 42X1, 4-5 reps, 4 sets, rest 3:00 - wrist straps ok B. EMOTM, 6:00, Hang Power Snatch, 3 reps (moderate load w/perfect form) + 1 round at 80% effort: 3 Rope Climbs 5 Wall Climbs 20 Box Jump Overs 24/20 20 Dumbbell Snatches 55/35 20 Box Jump Overs 24/20 5 Wall Climbs 3 Rope Climbs
