Now that all the final scores are in for the 2013 World Championships for Young breeders at Bollerup in Sweden, they show that the BYBers achieved some really impressive results: BHHS seniors were 6th overall in the lottery that is the loose jumping and paces scoring section WBSUK seniors were 6th in the theory section Top scorers in the senior section were: Theory: Camille Best (WBSUK) and Becca White (WBSUK) joint 1st with 100% Loose jumping and paces: Emma Williams (BHHS) and Stena Hoer ner (BHHS) joint 10th (out of 71) with 92% Conformation: Becca White (WBSUK), Stena Hoerner (BHHS) and Rosie Bown (SHBGB) 21st with 84% Handling: Becca White (WBSUK) 7th with 85% Best senior overall: Becca White with total of 359 Top scorers in the junior section were: Theory: Shelly Ellis (WBSUK), Emma Crompton (BHHS), Emma Cunnington (BHHS) joint 14th (out of 55) with 96 % and only 1 question wrong Loose jumping and paces: Emma Cunnington (BHHS) 29th with 88.5% Conformation: Shelly Ellis (WBSUK) 15th with 86% (best conformation score overall for GB participants)) Handling: Felicity Aldridge-Newman 15th with 71.67% Best junior overall: Shelly Ellis 19th with total of 334.50 Team rankings Senior 14th WBSUK 999.33 pts 18th BHHS 981.67 pts 20th SHBGB 977.00 pts Junior team BHHS 12th Well done all of you and especially those who scored in the top 20 for any section as the marking was really tight throughout and this means that they were all within striking distance of a medal – especially Becca of course who achieved the highest ranking ever for an competitor from GB :-).
