Now that close friends and family have been told I thought I would update Facebook with my progress. I have recently had some more treatment, radiotherapy after they found some small deposits on my brain. I had a course of five treatments and the first one made me very sick but I am slowly improving and taking some time off to concentrate on looking after and spoiling me - work can wait. I am now waiting to see the consultant and plan the next steps. The thing that pissed me off more than anything is that I am not able to drive for a year - independence gone to some extent but it is fine with Steve as a taxi driver and also the public transport system in the UK when working is efficient. xxx
