Now that my friend is what you call service! I called Tractor Supply to see if they had any of the big boy chairs for outside and they did! I said I would be in shortly! As soon as I walk in the door, Justin (who I have never met) greeted me by saying, Here you go Mr. Howard, I have your chair ready for you! I was like whoa! Trying not to sound stupid, I asked how he knew me. He said, my grandmother has you on facebook and you have done pictures for the Fire Department, I recognized your voice over the phone! That my friend is what you call OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! In and out in less than 5 minutes! Happy Friday!
