Now that the cooler weather has set in, Ive been getting some good questions about appropriate gloves for riding! Although we have the indoor arena, it still gets chilly inside. Below is a link to Dover Saddlery, they have a few childrens gloves to choose from ($8-$30). Theres plenty of other shopping options online too. For local shopping, try VTC Western Supply, DD Western Wear, Rural King, or Orchelns. What to look for: 1. Gloves w/ some sort of gripping material (i.e. rubber nubs, etc) to that the reins dont slip through easily. 2. Not too bulky of material, so that the reins can be held easily. 3. If you find thin gloves w/ gripping material, add a silk liner to help keep the heat in. 4. Gloves w/ good elastic, or Velcro to help keep the gloves on and stay in place, and to keep the heat in equestrian.doversaddlery/search?w=child%27s%20gloves&cart_count=0&cart_total=0.00&dmi_offer_code=SITE&idc=0&ids=plhymy45skgqz445uhl5nz45
